On 13 October 2017, G.B. Kulmukhambetova and A.T. have carried out explanatory and educational work among the students of the 1rd year on clarifying the President’s programme article«Rukhani zhangyru». During the meeting, main directions of the programme were discussed.
They emphasized the importance of the President’s
views on forming a Common nation, high responsibility and changes in
societal attitudes. There were outlined major tasks the modernization in
societal attitudes and opened new horizons for the people, that will
lead the country to a qualitatively new level of development.
The government has set itself new, ambitious targets on social by of the spiritual revival. the The conceptual content of the President’s programme is based on the main principles of the common national idea «Mangilik El».
There were also questions raised regarding to the phased implementation of Latin script.
