a training seminar in for teachers
On 21-22 December, «Methodology of tests construction» a training seminar in for teachers was organized at Kostanay medical college. The seminar was participated by 56 teachers. During two days, the teachers were studying to construct tests of different levels, taking into account specificities of medical education.
The seminar gave an opportunity to determine key competences and knowledge:
- construction of methodology and instruments for future medical specialists’ competence assessment;
- expertise of examination material to assess cognitive thinking and clinical skills;
- development of new solutions for assessment of competences taking into account the best international experience and their introduction into practice;
As well as the questions in the following areas were offered:
- study of the experience of advanced countries;
- methods of analysis of the results of the evaluation of competences of graduates of medical educational institutions.
